Why did you choose your course?

i choose my course because i enjoyed business studies in secondary school.

Yes

On reflection, what made it the right or wrong choice for you?

im delighted with my decision to study business at G.M.I.T as i was also offered arts in N.U.I.G . i feel going to G.M.I.T suited me better as the campus and lectures are smaller it is easier to make friends.

What are your favourite aspects of your course?

i love the fact that last year every module in my course 30% of the marks were continous assesment. this took a lot of the pressure off coming up to the end of year exams.

What are your least favourite aspects of your course?

the least faveourite aspect of my course is the fact it is so broad in first year and not all subjects i enjoyed. Saying that i can drop them subjects this year (second year)

the library in G.MI.T is spacious and in the learning to learn module first year students are thought how to use the library.

Is there a good social life on your course?

Yes

as classes are small it is easier to get to know the class and in G.M.I.T there is often class parties organised by the class reps who are voted in by the class.
