Why did you choose to study in this course?

mainly I have loved reading from an early age. And these two subjects gave me the opportunity to learn more on an advanced level

it requires an extensive amount of reading, which is something I happen to enjoy.

when I studied abroad it was a wonderful experience even if it did leave me with a financial headache for my duration abroad.

What do you wish you had known before choosing this course?

That you have to go on erasmus even if you can not afford it.


they have everything catered for. the library has a very extensive reading choice

That if living at home, travel arrangments to UL sports club can be difficult if you don't have a car

Would you recommend getting involved in college sport?

If I could do it all again I would get involved in....... writing for the UL newspaper particurly the sports section. It is something very benificial on your CV and enjoyable

The social life and the free stress

What advice would you give to somebody coming to ULknowing nobody?

It is a cliche but get in to clubs and societies. The friends I met on my first day in UL for orientation I am still friends with today.
