Why did you choose to study in this course?

Love Science and experience from LC (with Maths and Science teachers) made me want to remain in education system

On reflection, what made it the right or wrong choice for you?

I went with my gut instinct. Didn't worry about what points I was going to get. Just put down what I wanted to do.

What are your favourite aspects of your course?

Teaching Practice!....Getting to go out and implement teaching strategies that you;ve been thinking of during the year is the best part.

What are your least favourite aspects of your course?

Many modules seem quite irrelevant to teaching.

How many hours the course was.


Good supply of books and very considerate regarding fines etc. However LC students in the library can be a pain when trying to get places over exam time.

Why do you enjoy being a member of this society? why should a prospective student think of joining this society?

Good way to keep fit. Excellent teachers for many different styles of dance. Great way to meet new people outside of your course.

Would you recommend getting involved in college sport?

Have got involved in clubs in 1st year instead of 2nd year.

Good way to make friends. Easier to get in and out to college.

Cappavilla. Clean, modern and close to campus.

How would you recommend this college to a friend?

Different types of people that you meet and different experiences.

What advice would you give to somebody coming to ULknowing nobody?

Join clubs and societies, be friendly at orientation and don't lock yourself away in your room in accomadtion. Get to know your roomates
