Are you happy with your choice of course?

The layout is very poorly done. Improvements have been made by introducing modules for the various subjects but it still requires more work. The course is so large and so broad that not having end of term exams is grossly unfair. It puts huge pressure on students due to having a large amount of exams at the end of the year ( I personally have 10) on subjects, some of which have not been discussed since the previous term. In addition to that, additional stress is mounted as those single end year of exams accumulate into a points race for the subjects the students wish to do the their third and fourth years. Lack of continuous assessment and unwillingness to return any continuous assessment marks are also large areas for improvement.
I feel that is unfair as medical students in the same college agrees that despite their course being very difficult and demanding, its easier to bear as they have more practical work, more continuous assessment and end of term exams.

Would you recommend living in college halls?

Yes, its incredibly good fun, has a great friendly atmosphere and you make friends that will last your college days at the least

Where would you recommend students live?

Within walking distance of Dublin city. For trinity, that means you're within walking distance of the college as well but its primarily for the social aspect. If you live too far out you can miss out on a lot of that

How would you recommend this college to a friend?

Its alright, but the only true benefit of graduating from trinity is prospective employers seem to be impressed by it more. Besides that, other colleges can give you an equally good degree in a far more efficient manner.
