Why did you choose to study in this college?

i have family members who have required hospitalization and the care they recieved was outstanding. i looked up to the nurses.

Are you happy with your choice of course?

Yes

On reflection, what made it the right or wrong choice for you?

i enjoy every second of it. from watching people go home better to comforting families when a patient is ill.

Is there an option to study abroad on your course?

What are your favourite aspects of your course?

the clinical placement. get to put into practice what you learnt in college and learn new skills, you get to see the true rewards for your hard work

What are your least favourite aspects of your course?

the exams,college assignments,hospital assignments,individual assignments for nurses and CPC's, individual leanrning, hospital documentation, all whilst working a 35hr week with no pay plus a part-time job while the pay we will recieve in janurary gets slashed to half we are meant to get.

Yes

What do you wish you had known before choosing this course?

the Lack of job prospect in ireland in this economic climate, it would not have altered my decision however.

Why?

always updated eg. new library book check out system. staff are friendly and helpful, they have adequate amount of resources.
