Why did you choose to study in this college?

I've always been interested in law and the Law and Society course in DCU seemd like a good option

Are you happy with your choice of course?

Yes

On reflection, what made it the right or wrong choice for you?

It was a good choice as we don't have many hours and so most of our learning is indpendent which I find to be better as opposed to long hours in lecture halls.

How many hours of organised classes do you have per week?

11-15hrs

Are your lectures/labs mainly based on or off the main campus?

On

Is your course weighted more on continuous assessment or end of year exams?

End of year exams

Is there an option to study abroad on your course?

No

What are your favourite aspects of your course?

Most of them have an assignment that counts towards that classes final mark, so the grades are not entirely based on exam results

What are your least favourite aspects of your course?

Some of the reading lists for classes can be very long.

Was your course what you expected?

Yes

Why?

Limited supply of law books also a lot of the articles on our reading lists are not available to us online, only in the library, particluarly medical articles.

Rate your course in terms of difficulty

Please rate your course in terms of workload

Are you a member of any sports clubs?
